These are unlined rayon tie dyed dresses with a specific pattern that ended up at the bottom by mistake. They have tank straps and an undefined waistline. They do have straps in the back to tie together to cinch the waistline. Any ideas on how to "hem from the waist" like they do with wedding gowns would be helpful.

I'm looking for something I saw at Victoria's Secret many years ago (that they don't carry currently). It's a long, flowing knit dress in a tank/cover up style. It was solid black, ankle-length and would be perfect to wear to the beach at night. I can't find one like it anywhere.

It is sheath style and to the knee, not low-cut in front. I am concerned because it is sleeveless.

The dress has large black and white polka dots on the top then the bottom half is black and it ties in the back. I am going to wear black shoes and wanted to know if a red tank would look good under the dress. Thanks!
